MONDO CATSRO has 20 years of experience in media, training, and corporate management and is a member of The John Maxwell Team and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. A former consultant for May-K Learning Center and Businessworks Inc, he occasionally works as a training associate/co-facilitator at Inspire! Leadership Consultancy.

Mondo was a ePLDT Ventus’ English Communication Supervisor, handling seven (7) call centers tasked to improve HR’s hiring process, outbound sales, customer service, the e-mail customer service department, and several other business projects.

Mondo has Masters in Business Administration degrees from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business & the Regis University in Colorado.
